I forgot to mention. For those that do not like to tent camp, they also have cabins available. Just go to camptheoaks.com to look at the cabins and prices. If you are trailering your bike in it is also a regular RV style park.

I'm glad to see more people are interested.

Hey bigdaddy2036 and Mr Randall and anyone else riding over that morning. You are welcome to have breakfast with us at the hotel. I think there will be enough people staying there to vouch for you being a guest...😉

With a self imposed lock down I’m catching up on reading. The March issue of Rider magazine had a ride report on Arkansas and the area out from Harrison. Take a peek.

Bob. Is there a way to change the heading of this thread to reflect the dates that were selected instead of July4th? Some might blow off reading it with that date. Just a thought.

This change of date has put this within the realm of possibility for me. “Only” 950 miles away. Have to see how the farming thing is going closer to time. Also - Just wondering if the world will still be spinning normally on its axis...

Just a note: I am planning to do some camping and riding during this same weekend, but not as far as this event would be for me. I like to stay at National Park campgrounds or Army Corps of Engineer campgrounds. I looked today and, as I suspected, they are all closed right now until early April. The note states that they will be watching and reevaluating if the closure will end then or be extended depending on the virus outbreak situation.

Just wanted to remind all of you planning to attend, especially if you plan to camp along the way to get to this event, to be aware of what is open and what is still closed as the time gets closer.

Hopefully, the situation with COVID improves, so this meet-up can still come together, which is literally a month from now!
