There's no Chip in the Key. Your Dealer should be able to order one. Locksmith's may have the Key Blank, if not you can order a Blank on eBayhttps://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-HONDA-KEY-BLANK-CBR1000-RR-RA-RS-CTX1300-INTECEPTOR-800-35121-MGP-A93/201656941478?fits=Model:CTX1300&epid=1730577249&ha sh=item2ef3b0bba6:gtcAAOSwd4tUBkSE&vxp=mtr
And have the locksmith Cut it.

"If you are able, save for them a place inside of you and save one backward glance when you are leaving for the places they can no longer go.
Be not ashamed to say you loved them, though you may or may not have always. Take what they have taught you with their dying and keep it with your own.
And in that time when men decide and feel safe to call the war insane, take one moment to embrace those gentle heroes you left behind.

I ordered a blank key from eBay, but none of the locksmiths in town will cut the blank. Both said no. One locksmith cited unknown material of the blank key might damage their machine. The other locksmith said no because it wasn't one of their blanks. I offered to purchase their blank to cut the key. They looked it up and said "dealer only" item.

When I bought the CTX, the seller only had the 1 key. So I guess I'm up $**** creek!

With a key code you can order more. But from Honda it does get pricey. In the USA there is no chip but in other countries across the pond they have HISS (?) that does have a chip. Your dealer must be confused and is reading the non-USA documentation on it.

@woppyvac3 I made a couple extras to make knobs for my saddle bags. The best way to go is through your Honda dealership. They'll need the key code and it'll be shipped in pretty quickly. If you order a key and then have an inexperienced cutter hack at it you could end up doing it all over again. It's a tough key to cut being double sided and having the middle intact.

Anyone know if the Key Code or Pin is located anywhere on the actual bike? Cant order new keys thru Honda without it and since I’m a second owner it’s info i don’t have.

I've heard rumor of it being on the fork tube but never confirmed. I would check in the owners manual to see if they wrote it in there by chance. If not a Honda dealer can get it from mother Honda with the bike VIN. You'll likely need to show proof of ownership (registration) and provide your own ID.

Actually I think it's on the ignition cylinder but you'd have to dig under stuff to find it to verify.
