being seated upright when cruising is obviously the much better choice.
but if your going to be going full all out then leaning forward does help, the wind pushing you can be tough

I am surprised that there isn't more of a windscreen on the Valkyrie to block you from the wind. It doesn't look very comfortable to be leaning in on the Valkyrie for long distances. So I guess I'd give the win for ergonomics to the CTX1300.

I don't think that's the natural riding position for the Valk, I just think it makes for a more exciting ad.

the Valkyrie rider is leaning forward

get a photo of him not leaning

and the comparison isnt good because they are both different riders at likely different proportions.

definitely does make for a more interesting ad, might attract people to it in ways that the photo below it couldn't

Regardless of riding position, the absence of a windscreen would make the Valkyrie less comfort. If I had a Valkyrie I would have to buy an aftermarket wind screen. Even the CTX 1300 doesn't have much of a windscreen, though it is better than the Valkyrie.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that Honda will have some kind of line of accessories for the Valk, and that would have to include at least one windshield. And I'm also sure I read somewhere that among the factory accessories for the CTX1300 will include a taller windshield as well.

Both will have tall windscreens accessories offered by Mother Honda. The valkyrie will also have saddlebags and the ctx will have an optional trunk. I hope it is a quick release setup. Go to the honda website and I think they list all of the accessories.
