Cars on bike forums!

Wondered what your other vehicle(s) is(are)?
Mines an MX-5, or Miata as they are known in the States. In Gloucester we escaped the worst of the overnight storm although a tree was down across the road from me.
This morning it was still quite windy and cold but the sky was fairly clear and it was dry. So, the top came down even though I was only going to the supermarket.
If I'm going somewhere I prefer to take the bike but if I have to use the car I love the top down on those cold, frosty, winter days when the sun is shining.

It needs a good wash and polish but in the winter it's not easy to get a shot of a clean car!

My wife has a car she drives to work. I ride daily on the bike. Not being negative on ya, IF I live farther north like some of you guys, I'd have a cage too.

You can sit back in a Lazy Boy and watch TV OR get on a motorcycle seat and watch the world go by.

I do live farther North and wish I could ride EVERY day. But alas, there are just some days I have to add a few wheels just to keep from falling over or slipping around so then I ride the city bus to work. When my wife feels like it she lets me take the red cage parked behind my bike here (insists that I do actually even though the cost is about the same).

edit: Cage is a 2010 Corolla. I am conservative and prefer to only spend money on my bike when I do spend some.

I have a new station wagon. I bought it about 13 months ago. It gets a few thousand miles per year when I need to carry something big or when the weather is unsafe.

Winter driver is my 115k-miles Chevy truck. It gets to it sit outside because it's normal space has been taken by my Porsche Boxster. It's plugged in and resting comfortably beneath its cover until Spring, right behind my CTX and TMax which are plugged in and resting comfortably beneath their covers until Spring.

My daily is 1998 Jeep Cherokee, my 2nd XJ Cherokee, they are awesome vehicles IME. My toy is a 1966 Charger, my Dad bought it new and it was passed on to me when I turned 16 in 84. Not only my first car but the first car I ever rode in. Originally a 383 4bbl/727auto car it now has a 500 inch stroker with a 413 short ram top end from a Chrysler 300J backed by a 727 torqueflite. 588HP and 632ft/lbs at the wheel, the pic is obviously in sleeper trim. With slicks, super stock springs and slapper bars it has run a best of 11 flat @ 119.3mph, even with it's massive wheel traction issues.

43 years riding experience
To many bikes over the years to list
Current stable includes a 2014 Honda CTX 1300 and a 2014 Star XV950 Bolt

My faithful F150 2001 SuperCrew (with shell/cap). Bought same month as my first born in 2001. Daily commuter for the short 2 miles in to work. Storm chase and camp from it seasonally. It's in the shop now and have a current estimate of $2,500 (ball joints, tie rods/swing arm/casing leaks, battery and other issues not yet disclosed). This bill was coming due. Though it's a short cake walk to work, i'm tough on it when chasing severe weather.
