Made redundant in March 2009 at 60 years of age and decided I'd had enough of working and I'd do a restoration project to fill my time, little knowing how busy I was to get!
Got hold of this wreck of a bike and over 4 years restored it to running condition, not reliable particularly but running and roadworthy to the point of getting MOT certificate and rode it around locally until selling it to get the Honda VT750C2 Shadow ACE in 2014
