I had a CTX1300 from 2016-2019, then sold it. I retired last year, and I am picking up my 2nd CTX1300 on Monday. I bought an adjustable clutch lever for my 1st bike, can anyone recommend one for me? I loved the one I had because I could select a color, so not only was it customized for my hands, but it looked awesome too.

The second thing I will be looking for is larger hand grips. I slid some foam over the hand grips of my last bike, but this time I'm looking for actual larger hand grips. Anyone know of a brand of larger hand grips?

Kuryakyn makes the grips in many sizes and styles. Look for ST1300 compatibility if the CTX1300 is not listed since those are the very same.

There are many sources for aftermarket color clutch and brake levers. I put a 2016 Gold Wing clutch lever on mine and that worked great and fit in looking just like the stock brake lever. Just not a colored one different than stock. Again check if there is a compatibility listing for any of them for either CTX1300 or ST1300, or even the pre-2018 GW. Don't know if the newest version of the GW is any different for that item.

Thanks, I found a GW lever on eBay.

Keep in mind that with the GW lever there is one small tab that must be filed or cut off. It's on the bottom so won't show. Some riders here painted theirs but I just left it. Aluminum doesn't rust. Easy to find when you compare with the OEM lever.

I replaced the right brake lever with the adjustable lever I got, and I could not see any nub that needed to be filed off when I compared to the lever I removed, other than if I were concerned about the looks of it, not the functionality.

The right lever should have been adjustable from the factory. Possible the previous owner swapped it for some reason. The left lever was NOT adjustable from the factory. However the GL adjustable lever will fit with that tab removed. If I’m not mistaken. Old age is creeping up on me. LOL🤪
