I forget but someone wanted a CTX 1300 without bags so here is a pic. A bracket could be removed too.
I did find the battery too, plus more as I added a JM CB radio - a full days work.

The hand guards are awesome, where did you get them from?

I made some guards from plexiglass and mounted them with 10mmX1.25X20mm hex bolt like @strich . You only need a heat gun and flat surface that will not scratch the glass to bend it. I don't have a picture of them on my CTX but here they are on my scooter before:

The hand guards I used were from a VTX 1300, mounted under mirrors so worked fine.. Check ebay for a sale.
