Well that is good news.

I kinda wish that there were one or two more color choices. How about green and white?
Saw that earlier this week. Still waiting to see the list of options on the accessories page. That Deluxe Gray Blue Metallic they show is the one I want. :D
I looked at the Honda website mentioned above and saw the RED,the Black, and the Gray Blue Metallic colors listed, but did NOT see any Ion Blue color, unless the Ion Blue and the Gray Blue Metallic are one and the same.????????????????? Dave!!!
yes they are the same color, a quick google confirms. I believe its called ion blue in australia.

Also i came across this picture of a white CTX, dont know what market is supposed to get that...

White is going out to Europe only. They won't be getting the ion blue/grey blue metallic.

Got to love those integrated turn signals, they look amazing! even better that they have clear lenses.

makes sense as per @bob's post, white CTX is for europe only.
I can see a police model for here in black and white... with a special box on the pillion and a few extra lights :)

That's actually not too bad looking. Not a color I'd want for myself, which doesn't matter because I couldn't get it anyway even if I did. That would look particularly nice with the blacked-out bits.

White is unique. I wouldn't buy it myself. Love the blue.

If I'm not mistaken,Honda already makes a Police Edition in a black and white configuration, but I'm not sure just which model they're usin.I think, the ST1300,but again I'm not sure. And it's WAAAAAAAAAY better then the HD versions. But,and unfortunately, buyin these Police units depends on who knows who,if ya follow me.New Hampshire State ran Kawasakis for years, then suddenly,[new governor] they're now runnin Harleys. And more often then not,I see these Police Harleys in the back of a pick up truck cause they're broken.I know,I know!A HD that breaks down?? Unheard of!! lol lol lol Dave!!!
Hey! My first bike was a Harley... so I know :D
There are Police ST1300 in some communities still. It is the most current ST1300 produce at this time. Also, there is a post on the ST-Owners site about ST1300 in the news in Tucson that is about the police bikes cracking down on speeding and other traffic offences there. Video shows the Black and White ST units on I-10.
I always loved seeing police ST1300's, it's the type of bike that makes you feel sort of happy you got pulled over but pissed at the same time since you'll likely to get a ticket :D

If ya look at the left muffler on the Police unit in the above picture, where the pipe and muffler come together, you'll note it's gold in color. That's a sign of a lean condition. So I suspect he's been pushing that thing pretty hard through the gears.Dave!!!

i was more preoccupied with the AR-15 mounted on the panner ;)

But it's mounted the wrong way. Set up like that they have to stop and get off before they can snag it and start firing at the bad guys. How inefficient is that.

Sometimes the boys in blue aren't too swift as proven by the location and angle that weapon is in.Duh!! lol Dave!!!

I was thinking the same thing. Noticed that it would be easier for some passer by to try and snag it and fire it off in the attempt shooting the officer in the leg

I was thinking the same thing. I have seen an ST1300 police bike at my local dealer, and it is awesome! There are a number of departments in the US that have switched to the Honda police bikes due to their better reliability and reliability. This white model seems perfect for that, and for keeping that market segment for Honda. If it's like the ST model, though, only police departments will be able to purchase them.
