There's a forum for CX500s and 650s very similar to this one. Honda CX 500 Forum You may want to try posting there. The engines are popular for bobber conversions and people are always looking for parts if it's not worth restoring.

Yes, correct, 1982 Honda GL500 Interstate, with a lot of customizing. I do also have a Moto Guzzi V7. I love bikes with a V driveline, thus my CTX1300!
