I think it's getting softer. I ride two bikes and it seems to me that the gap between the two has closed.
The machine is breaking in, including the suspension components. So the ride gets softer,ya know, like you guys?? lol lol I couldn't help it.You guys left yourselves open for that one,so I just waltzed right in.lol lol lol Dave!!!
It looked more like a skulk than any 'waltz' I've ever seen. And you waltzed so SOFTLY...
talk about leaving it open.
Well, the front end is definitely stiffer than most other bikes I've had/ridden, but it really does seem to be less harsh than it was at first, except over the worst road bumps. I still may keep an eye out for a Progressive replacement set. I can't imagine that the stock springs they're using are one-off for this bike, so until/unless somebody starts marketing replacement springs for this bike, I guess it's time to start doing some part number research.I have over 1500 miles on mine and it still seems harsh to me. My VTX was never as harsh, even with the stock springs and fork oil.
