Hello All,

My dealer finally put the CTX1300 Deluxe together last night and I rode this morning!! I had to have it!!! Here is my newest addition!!

Wow! welcome to the board. Seems that Blue Gray Metallic is becoming the popular color. It's at the top of my list. Black is a close second so far as I can tell. But who's counting . Still waiting here.

Thanks Everyone!!! I also ordered up the tall windsheild, and the rear passenger back rest bracket...apparently I have to wait until july for the back rest pad...ugh!!!

Good that the luggage rack and shield are available but do wish for the back pad to hurry up too I'm sure.

Congrats of course and I must compliment your model and color choice... ( identical to mine!).
I'm sure you will be pleased as I'm finding mine to be pretty much what I hoped for and expected when ordering it some time ago. It is quite a different ride and I like that! Gets lots of looks and kudos. Maybe that is what is causing all the wind issues higher up... My head may be getting too big?

Welcome. Mine is also the same color. I bought it March 26th before the dealer had it put together. I had seen it in Daytona at Bike Week and sat on it quite a bit, so I knew it fit me already.

I now have 1300 happy miles on it, the last 350 with the tall windscreen that it should have come stock with. My total gas mileage is 41.99 with the high being 44.71 and the low being 38.45.

I have finally gotten used to the twitchy throttle when going over bumps and have learned to shift smoothly. The transmission is a dream compared to the VTX. Every gearshift is snick-snick-snick!

I'm lovin' it.

Loving your reviews on the Tall Windshield. I ordered mine the day I bought the bike which has been less than a week now but I have yet to get a call saying that it has come in.... Anyone heard if these are running low on stock or having delays?
