After 9 years on a ST1300 and another 6 on a CTX1300.....I've decided to lose 250 lbs and go basic......Now to figure out how to take all my gear for camping!!?? Russ.

Can you get a side rack for that and sling some nylon saddlebags over the seat?
I've been following Dirty Motorcycle Vagabond on YouTube on an NC750X. He manages to pack quite a bit on that little bike, and that's his home! Check out his channel and find the video that shows how he packs all of his gear.
I would like to do some stealth camping like that someday, but I like my CTX and trailer. My two wheel glamper.

A question. You've had both the ST and CTX. Did you miss the power of the ST? Would you have preferred a little more power with the CTX?
I have a NC700X with 2 20l side cases and 42l top case. I can carry more on it than on the CTX1300.

It's always nice to have the power when you need it....With my riding style I rarely needed it but I always told anybody who would listen that the Honda CTX should have used the ST engine as is and added a sixth gear to it....I think the CTX would have sold better! Russ.
