The only way is to take your time and be sure to take care with the tabs and clips and hooks that are on each panel. IIRC there is only one small bolt that holds the rear brake reservoir cover on. Remove that cover to expose the rear brake reservoir. Again this is all from memory which isn't the best these days (retired old man here). It's easy to get to just above the right side riders foot peg. The cover is metal I think and so is the bolt so kinda hard to break anything there. No need to remove any plastic panels at all.
