NOOOOOO! You don't want to add them... trust me, you don't want them!
I don't want to cut or splice any wires. I'd like to keep the factory wire harness intact. But I did put two 12 volt piezo buzzers on a Suzuki 2004 VL1500 turn signals. It worked and reminded you to turn off the turn signals. Today I caught myself leaving the turn signals on my CTX about 30 % of the time. I least on this CTX, the signal lights are up high above speedometers. The Suzuki VL1500 turn indicator was down on the tank, it was bummer.

I have the definitive way to remove the self canceling turn signal feature...
By the turn signal relay, located behind the left middle cowl, there are a group of wires. Cut the white/pink wire and your turn signals will NOT cancel. It will render your turn signals to be strictly manual.

Note, you could add a switch and be able to turn the self canceling feature on and off.
